Rain Out

Tonight was one of those days that make boys sad and parents grateful. Les and I had a very busy day and the boys were thankfully able to play at Aunt Rebekah's house for the afternoon. When Les came flying through the door with the boys in tow at 5:20 we were at a full run. Hunter's game was at 5:30, Carson's game at 6:00 and then Les has a meeting at 7:00. I'm running on very little sleep because of clinicals and it was a crazy night schedule. Garrett agreed to babysit Dallen so that handled two of the boys and then just as I was driving up the street in a rainstorm to get to Carson's game Les called and Hunter's game was cancelled during the first inning. All other games for the night were cancelled also. I love watching the boys play but this was one of those insane nights and now, we are all planning on cuddling up with a movie and cookies. Life is good and we love the quiet moments which come our way occasionally.
