It's all about the outdoors!

Yes, It's all about the outdoors! We went to Payson Lake last week with Matt and Mandee and their family. It was great. We had lots of different kinds of weather but we didn't care because it added to the adventure. Garrett decided that he would like to commit his life to fishing. (My he has a happy Dad). For that matter,...all the boys had a great time fishing and canoeing. I loved getting away for a few days. There is the SLIGHT chance that I MIGHT get a fishing license next year but I will wait to commit to that until we are sure that there is no sun stroke!:) Fortunately I was the only one who was nimble enough to sustain injury on the hike. We went to hike up to a waterfall, continued on and I thought that I would take the rear to catch any little ones who fell. (Do you sense that my intentions were good). Needless to say, my arms are sore and my hiney is beyond uncomfortable to use. However, in this house the more colors of a wound the greater the sympathy...so the boys feel bad about my arms and I simply guarantee them that the butt is worse! I hope everyone has a great summer!
