This morning I followed a friend to her hair appointment so that I could visit with her and another roommate from 20 years ago.
Time passes, wrinkles and weight happen, families grow and change and we all dye our hair in denial. Yet somehow inside we are still the three roommates (shout out to Sharon, the fourth roommate) with life yet to be experienced. I laughed for three hours and visited as though not a day had passed since our last visit. These girls are so very deep in my heart.
West Yellowstone brought many experiences to our lives but that summer was the best summer of my life. Midnight hikes, the never ending 'revenge' war with the Moose cast, living in the Swamp. I still have the favorite picture of my hair EVER and it is with Jody in front of a car pretending to be guards. Life was great, a constant party and the friends are the best.
I love you Paige and Jody! and to life yet to be, let us all say (to quote Jody)..."Bring it on!"
